To sustain the know-how of our long-standing and experienced employees for the up and coming new generation at the company, we have created a new status here at Bohnert.

On their own initiative, the chosen employees have modified their work clothes to show everyone else that they are ready and willing to help with questions and problems.

This is our way of working to ensure that our know-how is sustained and will continue to live on for the future of Bohnert GmbH.
