From design to high-volume production
Materials
We use selected material qualities to manufacture high-precision compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, bent wire parts, constant force springs, induction coils and stamped-bent parts on the basis of many years of collaboration with established wire and spring strip producers.
Selection of the appropriate material enables the implementation of many different spring applications in a range of different environments.
Some of the materials we use for springs and stamped-bent parts:
- Spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-1
- Oil-tempered spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-2
- Stainless spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-3 such as 1.4310, 1.4568, 1.4401, 1.4301 etc.
- Wire made of copper-wrought copper alloys
- Wire made of temperature-resistant materials
- Special materials such as precious metals, CrAL, tantalum, titanium etc.
