We have the latest available technologies and processes in place for 100% inspection of the quality of our compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, bent wire parts, constant force springs, induction coils and stamped-bent parts, as well as for complex assembly work. Even the smallest and tightest tolerances in the micron range can be tested and documented in a simulated installed state.

In our toolmaking shops, we incorporate a variety of testing equipment for the production of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, bent wire parts, constant force springs, induction coils and stamped-bent parts. We also furnish the supporting processes of quality assurance with customized test equipment.
