Stamping and forming

Innovative technologies for tailor-made spring elements.

Stamping and forming

Using the very latest stamping and forming technology, Bohnert can incorporate even highly complex spring and form geometries into strip materials and round and shaped wires. Efficient and effective tool design in the development phase guarantees optimum compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, bent wire parts, constant force springs, induction coils and stamped-bent parts in terms of cost-effectiveness and quality.

Our machinery includes presses with up to 80 tons of cutting pressure.
All presses are equipped with state-of-the-art process monitoring equipment. We process material thicknesses ranging from 0.03 mm to 2.5 mm and a width.
